1. Ethical Use & Integrity
Our content and solutions are provided for assistance, reference, and business enablement.
- Academic Services: Materials must be used ethically according to your institution’s rules. We do not endorse academic dishonesty.
- Tech Solutions: Our software and code must not be used for illegal activities, malicious intent, or unauthorized data harvesting.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful delivery, you are responsible for:
- Providing clear, accurate requirements and initial data.
- Reviewing drafts/prototypes within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensuring you have the necessary environment (hardware/software) to run delivered tech solutions.
3. Revisions & Corrections Policy
We are committed to quality, but strict limits apply to ensure efficiency:
- General Timeframe: Revisions must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
- Project Reports & Docs: Up to 3 rounds of major corrections allowed. Further changes constitute a new order.
- Tech Solutions (Code/App/Web): We cover bug fixes for 7 days post-delivery. New features or logic changes not mentioned in the initial requirement are billable extras.
- Formatting Exclusions: We do not handle minor cosmetic formatting corrections (e.g., specific spacing tweaks or preference-based layout changes) unless they violate a pre-agreed standard.
4. Service-Specific Terms
Additional terms based on the type of service provided:
- Journals & Publications: We assist with drafting, formatting, and technical content. We do not guarantee acceptance by specific journals or publishers, as peer review outcomes are external factors.
- Custom Tech Solutions:
- Source code ownership is transferred only upon full payment.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party API failures, server hosting costs, or client-side code modifications.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Cancellations made after the project initiation phase are not eligible for refunds. For milestone-based tech projects, payments made for completed milestones are final.
6. Liability & Outcomes
Solvoro is not liable for academic outcomes (grades), journal rejections, or business losses arising from the use of our software. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information provided by the client.
7. Confidentiality & Data Rights
All shared data will remain confidential. Solvoro retains the right to reuse generic code libraries or templates developed during the process, excluding any proprietary client data.
Agreement: Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
